I would like to take a moment to tell everyone my great experience with Ferreira Foods. I was planning a very special birthday party for my husband and having experienced Mary Ferreira’s delicious food I knew just who I wanted to hire. Mary is a true professional in every way. The menu has many main dishes, vegetables, side dishes and her yummy desserts. My husband loved her special lasagna and lemon chicken as he was talking about it for many days. I am so happy for Mary as she is such a delightful person who is truly an accomplished chef.

Ferreira Foods has catered several events for me including a large buffet style dinner for a corporate event and a smaller, but elegant home cocktail party. Their catering service offers a wide variety of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, entrees and desserts. All of their food is delicious, creatively prepared and appealingly presented…a feast to the eyes as well as to the palate! Each time Mary Ferreira and her staff have been accommodating in terms of trying to meet the needs of the event with suggestions as to what works well together, but always keeping in mind your budget. Mary is easy to work with and I always have people complimenting me about the food served and then asking, “Who is your caterer”? You will not be disappointed in your choice of Ferreira Foods to cater your event.

Ferreira Foods has been such an important part of many of our family events. We have had large buffet dinners and sit down family style dinners.  Ferreira Foods provided us with excellent food and service time and time again. 

I had the opportunity to try Ferreira Foods at an outing I attended.  It was incredible!  We have since used her to cater numerous events.  She is easy to work with, super affordable, can handle small parties of 1 to over 300. Her service is prompt and delivery is always on time. The products are always fresh, appealing to the eye as well as the palate. She creates tastes I did not even know I like!  She is amazing, her food is amazing and I look forward to planning my next event just so I can enjoy her delicious creations!

I recently hired Ferreira Foods to cater a luncheon for my son’s First Communion.  I can honestly say that I rarely write reviews; however, this time I felt compelled!  From my initial contact with Mary I was impressed.  She was enthusiastic about the event, and supportive of my thoughts regarding menu selections.  She also respectfully made some suggestions of her own…which were fantastic!

Because all guests were attending the ceremony, I left a key out for Mary to let herself in to set things up.  What a surprise when we got home!  She had brought fresh flowers, a wonderful menu display, all menu items artfully displayed, and appropriately warmed.  She also included handwritten instructions for the burners so we could keep everything warm.  Also provided, were disposable serving items so that I didn’t need to do anything.  

The food was fantastic.  There honestly was not one thing I would have changed.  Our choices complimented each other very well and all guests were thrilled as there was something for everyone…even my finicky 9 year old!  Hint: the meatballs were an absolute hit!  We also had just the right amount of everything.  Based on the number of attendees I gave her, she estimated just the right amount…also allowing for some wonderful leftovers.  I never threw anything away!

I am so happy that I made the decision to have this event catered, as it allowed me more time to spend with family and friends, and I am THRILLED that I chose Ferreira Foods.
